We guarantee the quality of our products and their delivery in good condition. Since we produce a perishable product, we CANNOT accept returned food items. We will immediately exchange any food item or meal that was damaged, spoiled or impaired (due to improper delivery) for a new good one at our own expense.
If you have paid for food sets for more than 2 days, and you do not have the opportunity to receive the paid sets, then we will recalculate and refund the cost of the sets that you did not receive. Payment for the received food sets is non-refundable, the exception will be the non-compliance of products with quality standards, in such situations, please contact us at email@example.com.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and the money will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not replace the delivered dishes. Replacement of the delivered dishes is possible only in case of non-compliance of these dishes with quality standards, in such situations, please contact us at email@example.com.
